- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1tsp Green Pasture Mediterranean Cod Liver Oil
- 1 Tblsp Vinegar (I recommend Balsamic if you have it)
Mix this and pour over your favorite vegetable salad. Sprinkle some nice Parmesan cheese over the top, if you have it.
For a really quick alternative to mixing the separate ingredients for the dressing, you could also simply pour your favorite salad dressing (Italian, Creamy Italian, Ranch Dressing, Parmesan Peppercorn, etc) on your salad, and then top it off with a teaspoon of the Green Pasture’s Mediterranean Cod Liver Oil.
