  1. 1-½ tablespoons Perfect Supplements Gelatin
  2. 1-½ tablespoons water
  3. 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  4. ¼ cup honey
  5. ¼ cup cocoa powder
  6. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  7. 3 tablespoons coconut cream
  8. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. Dash salt
  1. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin and water and mix together with a fork; set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, honey, cocoa powder, coconut oil, coconut cream, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
  3. Heat over medium heat until just simmering.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in the gelatin mixture.
  5. Transfer to serving dishes.
  6. Chill until set.
