Delicious Protein Waffles

These waffles are packed with nutritious Perfect Plant Protein to help keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the day. One recipe includes eggs while the other is completely vegan. Pick the one that is perfect for you! Regardless of which recipe you pick, these waffles are sure to provide the delicious protein you need.

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp water
4 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
½ Scoop Perfect Plant Protein
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 packets Stevia

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with an electronic mixer. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook thoroughly. Cooking times vary from iron to iron. If your waffle iron does not have an indicator that tells you when it’s done, I would suggest cooking for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. Greasing the waffle iron with butter will make the removal process much easier. Top with fresh fruits, honey or maple syrup.

Egg-Free Variation:
1 Tbsp water
4 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Mashed Banana
½ Scoop Perfect Plant Protein
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 packets Stevia
