Super Green Guacamole

The last blog entry I posted explained the important health benefits of green super foods such as kale, avocado, spirulina and chlorella. Try this guacamole recipe to get a serving of each in one tasty snack.

4 stalks of kale
1 avocado
1 tbsp. of Perfect Aquatic Greens
1 tsp. of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. of fresh lime juice
1 handful of fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cayenne
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 white onion, diced

Directions: Combine all ingredients except tomato and onion in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth (you may have to add a bit of water). Fold in diced tomato and onion and serve immediately.
