Maple-Cinnamon Butternut Squash


This treat is the perfect addition to any meal, or even as a healthy quick snack.   Sweet, savory, satisfying and delicious- this healthy side is packed with vitamins, minerals, and good fats and fiber. Quick and easy to make, and quick and easy to eat- enjoy!  


Maple-Cinnamon Butternut Squash

  1. 1 pound of butternut squash
  2. 1/3 cup of Perfect Coconut Oil
  3. 2 tbs. of maple syrup
  4. 2 tbs. of cinnamon
  5. 1 tsp. of sea salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the squash into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Mix coconut oil and maple syrup in a large bowl.
  4. Add squash and toss to coat.
  5. Arrange on baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  1. Optional to top with delicious crumbled bacon
