Maple-Cinnamon Butternut Squash

Maple-Cinnamon Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 1 pound of butternut squash
- 1/3 cup of Perfect Coconut Oil
- 2 tbs. of maple syrup
- 2 tbs. of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the squash into bite-sized cubes.
- Mix coconut oil and maple syrup in a large bowl.
- Add squash and toss to coat.
- Arrange on baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Notes
- Optional to top with delicious crumbled bacon
