1 | banana |

½ C | juice (apple, grape, etc.) |
½ C | yogurt |
1C | water |
5 | ice cubes |

Acai Pina-Colada
1C | pineapple chunks (fresh or canned) |
3 Tbls | shredded coconut |
1 scoop | Perfect Acai powder |
½ C | juice (apple, grape, or from the pineapple can) |
½ C | yogurt |
½ C | water |
5 | ice cubes |
1 Tbls | honey or maple syrup or other sweetener (optional) |
