Delicious and Nutritious Acai Berry Recipes

Acai-Berry-Banana Smoothie / Popsicle

1C  berries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1 scoop Perfect Acai powder
½ C juice (apple, grape, etc.)
½ C yogurt
1C water
5 ice cubes

Blend and enjoy, or chill in popsicle-makers!

Acai Pina-Colada

1C  pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
3 Tbls shredded coconut
1 scoop Perfect Acai powder
½ C juice (apple, grape, or from the pineapple can)
½ C yogurt
½ C water
5 ice cubes
1 Tbls honey or maple syrup or other sweetener (optional)

Blend and enjoy, or chill in popsicle-makers!
