When it comes to seeing results, I cannot stress the importance of clean whole-food protein enough. This shake is a as rich and tasty as a milkshake yet it’s filled with clean protein sources such as local raw milk, free range raw egg, and raw and organic mushroom, brown rice, and hemp protein.
Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake
2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1 scoop Perfect Plant Protein
1 cup whole milk (preferably raw)
1 raw free range egg
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
2 tbsp. raw honey
2 tbsp. raw cacao
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until rich and creamy. (1 large serving)
