The Top Five Natural Sweeteners

When switching to a whole food diet, one of the first changes I made was cutting out processed sugars- I said goodbye to supermarket sugar and high fructose corn syrup for good! The switch was easy when you consider all of the great natural sweeteners available. I use maple syrup for marinades, coconut sugar for cupcakes, sucanat in my tea, and honey in my smoothies!
