4 Ways to Boost Testosterone Naturally

Avoid processed foods and sugars if you wish to boost your testosterone. In fact, avoid processed foods and sugars even if you don’t need to! Sugar and processed food is terrible for you. Period. Men who wish to increase their testosterone should eat testosterone boosting foods such as oysters, eggs, tomatoes, red peppers, cruciferous veggies, apples, and pineapples.

4. Lifestyle

Last but not least, if you wish to increase your testosterone; you MUST get adequate sleep and reduce the amount of stress in your life. Stress hormones prevent the production of testosterone and other important hormones. Getting adequate rest means at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. You should also try to take conscious time out of your day to relax and unwind.
