7 Day Detox Challenge – Ancestral Nutrition – This easy plan was created by our friend Dani Stout over at Ancestral Nutrition. This real food detox plan requires zero starvation and minimal effort. Dani’s plan is available for free via email sign up.
Blood Sugar Solution 10 Day Detox – Dr. Mark Hyman – This popular detox diet was created by Dr. Mark Hyman. It lasts 10 days and it is focused on improving blood sugar as well as detoxification. The book is available online or in hard copy for less than $20.
14 Day Detox – Dr. Frank Lipman – This detox e-course requires a bit more financial commitment, but this e-course is equivalent to actual nutritional sessions with Dr. Frank Lipman- well worth the investment. 21 Day Detox Plan – Dr. Erica LePore – Dr. Erica LePore is the Naturopath and Liver Detox Expert that helped to formulate Perfect Liver Detox Support. Her 21 day plan works to detoxify your entire body.
