Perfect 3 Grass Blend is an organic, whole food supplement. There are no fillers, flow agents or artificial ingredients. Because Perfect 3 Grass Blend is a whole food supplement and not a medication, side effects are rare, mild, and usually diminsh as your body becomes adjusted to the supplement.

Occassional side effects include nausea, appetite loss, constipation, intestinal gas and bloating. Again, these side effects are mild and usually diminsh over time.

Barley Grass may lower blood sugar levels. If you have diabetes, make sure to monitor your blood sugar levels closely when taking Perfect 3 Grass Blend. The Barley Grass may interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery. Stop taking Perfect 3 Grass Blend at least two weeks prior to surgery.

Perfect 3 Grass Blend may cause the immune system to become more active. This could increase the symptoms of auto-immune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. If you have an auto-immune condition, avoid taking this product.

Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding should consult a physican before taking Perfect 3 Grass Blend.

Perfect 3 Grass Blend Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage for Perfect 3 Grass Blend is 1-2 scoops per day. Each 4g scoop contains 1000mg of Barley Grass, 1000mg of Oat Grass and 1000mg of Wheatgrass. These organic grasses have been fermented with probiotic cultures and drum dried into a nutrient dense whole food supplement.

Mix 1-2 scoops into juice, water, milk, tea, granola, yogurt, smoothies and more. Perfect 3 Grass blend can be included in many of your favorite recipes, just remember that heating the supplement will remove some of the nutrients. For optimum nutrition, only incorporate blend into food sources that do not require further cooking.
