Carrot Cake Protein Shake

This dreamy protein shake tastes just like carrot cake! I kid you not, this is one of my best yet. Loaded with vitamin c, potassium, digestive enzymes, and vegetarian protein- this carrot cake in a glass is the perfect fall treat. Drink this protein shake post workout and power up with carrot cake recovery. YUM!


Carrot Cake Protein Shake
1 scoop Perfect Plant Protein
2 bananas, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
1 cup almond milk
1/4 inch ginger, grated
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
Ice, as needed

Directions: Add carrots, bananas, and almond milk and blend until the mixture reaches liquid consistency. Add remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth. This recipe makes 1 large protein shake.
