Thanks to the combined efforts of our awesome customers and the One Tree Planted Organization we were able to reach our goal of planting 2,000 trees for Earth Day 2018!  

About One Tree Planted

The non profit organization based in Vermont works with reforestation organizations around the world who plant trees in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa. Most of their projects help with restoration from forest fires and floods, as well as creating jobs, building communities, and protecting habitat for biodiversity.

About The Million Tree Challenge

This challenge from One Tree Planted was to have 500 businesses get involved and commit to planting 2,000 trees each per year for a combination of one million trees!  

What Was Our Impact?

This year the trees from the million tree challenge will be planted in California.  Five years of drought, a serious bark beetle infestation and 2017’s record-breaking wildfire season that burned more than 1.3 million acres (an area the size of Delaware) have caused serious damage to California’s forests. At least 129 million trees are needed to help restored in California.  Thanks to our contribution as well as other businesses and personal donations they hope to restore California’s forests significantly.

Here at Perfect Supplements we aim to promote optimal health for people, AND our planet.  Mission Impossible?  We don’t think so!  We continue to make efforts not just in our personal lives, but also as a company.

Earth Day great for raising awareness, but if we all commit to making small changes it could have a big impact on the planet.  Without a healthy planet it would be very unlikely to have healthy people inhabiting it.
